The staff amazing and courteous, easy access to the hotel and parking garage.

We LOVED the staff at this hotel. They could not have been more pleasant and helpful, from getting laundry done to dining recommendations. Lovely!! The hotel was very comfortable and clean and convenient to all the museums we wanted to see.

The hotel is excellent. A great location. If we come back to madrid, we'll stay there again.

An incredible stay at Atocha hotel. The staff there are very friendly and do everything they can to make you feel comfortable during your stay. The location is fantastic and walking distance to many attractions. Rooms are beautifully decorated and designed, and the balconies are a very cool bonus. It was difficult to leave!

The staff provided exceptional service from the moment we arrived until our departure. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and accommodating. Traveling with our 1-year-old, we greatly appreciated their efforts to ensure all our needs were met. Although our visit was just for one day, the experience was so outstanding that we look forward to returning during our next trip to Madrid.

Big room

No balcony, no patio, no windows that open. Not in a great area. Very expensive.

Great hotel - thoroughly enjoyed stay there

Like a Holiday Inn experience with inexperienced staff. Room modern, looked onto opposing building 10 feet away into the apartments.
