Outdated room facilities, poor signal.

Cleanliness was okay, but the mattress was a bit itchy. The water heater was working, and the AC was cold. It's still okay for transit purposes.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights. It was my first time booking a hotel on my own, and fortunately, the staff was friendly and the room was quite comfortable. However, it was a bit difficult to turn on the TV. The interior is very nice, with several paintings in the hallway.

I ordered a double bed, but was given a twin bed. Totally unprofessional. Not recommended. When I complained about the mattress type, they told me, "On average, when I order a double bed, they give me a twin bed." If you don't have a double bed available, then don't sell it online, you moron.

The AC isn't cold at all, I can't sleep, the sheet material also makes it uncomfortable to sleep, it's even hotter

The room did not match the photo, the mattress and pillows were full of dust and had never been cleaned, the bathroom tap was leaking.

The hotel is strategic for getting everywhere, the service is friendly, the room is comfortable, not only there are pillows but there are also bolsters so it feels like home, if I come back to Jakarta and want to go to Tanah Abang Market, God willing, I will stay here again 🥰

The staff is very friendly, for that price and the facilities are okay and can still be improved but in Jakarta I think it's enough. Cleanliness is okay, AC is okay, service is okay. The only downside here is there is no wifi and no signal, the phone number on Traveloka cannot be contacted.
