The room was spacious and clean. Was the best place I’ve stayed at all trip. Staff was so helpful as well.

Beautiful property with amenities of home. Clean and thoughtfully appointed room. We had an issue with door lock when arriving, but staff was helpful and kept us apprised. Would definitely stay again in future.

Bob's place is wonderful in many ways. It has everything you could possibly need, it is very comfortable and stylish. It is quiet! We enjoyed the location greatly!! It was easy enough to gain access to the place, and we used the luggage compartment for storage the day we checked out. We did use a lock for each of our bags, which we brought with us. We really enjoyed the apartment and would stay at one of Bob W's properties FOR SURE in the future!

二度目の利用でした。 前回より少し広い部屋にしたところ、三人ほど座れそうなサイズのソファがあり(前回の部屋にあったソファは一人サイズ)、のんびりくつろぐことが出来ました！ 立地もよく、またきっと利用します！

Excellent location, recently renovated and well kept spacious room in a beautiful building. If you want fully attended hotel services this is not the place for you but for a traveler looking to stay like a resident it’s great. In addition, the separately reservable private sauna was very relaxing, recommended.

My first time stay at a BOB W apartment and won’t be the last. There was a lot to like about this. The size of the apartment big enough to stretch out in yet not too big for one person. Coffee machine with good coffee was a highlight. Equipment instructions were easy to follow (maybe the microwave/oven combo a bit trickier) loved the neighbourhood and the fact that it was more local and yet a few mins walk to the centre of the city. It was def a local funky neighbourhood. The only small issue I had was that this kitchenette had no power point plugs on the kitchen bench so had to use one above the skirting and move a table to put the kettle on. Only other suggestion was more black tea please. Other than that I loved it and will look for this type of product whenever I travel. Very easy to deal with the property manager who was prompt and responsive. Many thanks.

今回初めて一週間滞在した際に利用しましたが、すごくいいアパートだったのでレビューを記載します。 まず、滞在前に荷物事前預入について相談しました。英語もフィンランド語も全然わからない私ですがストレスを感じないコミュニケーションでした。（ちなみに、荷物は受付がないので、1階にある鍵のついた荷物スペースに自身で置いておくことが可能です。鍵を開けれるのは当日アパートに滞在する人だけですが、私たちは預けませんでした。） 何よりお部屋がとても綺麗でした！沢山料理がしたかったので広いキッチンに感激しました。中庭も見える部屋でとってもお洒落でした。1日お部屋に籠っていたいほど。笑 オーブンレンジと洗濯機と食洗器がありますが、当然海外製で使い方が難しいです。が、メーカーを調べると使い方もなんとなくわかりました。（食洗器以外は使用しました）スーパーのお惣菜を温めたりしました。洗濯洗剤は無いので持参したもの（ジェルボール）を使用しました。 また、フィンランドは水道水が綺麗なので、そのままマイボトルに水を入れて飲めるのがとても助かりました。（アパートにマイボトルもあります） 大きな冷蔵庫もあるので、数日分の食料を入れることができました。 デメリットはほとんど無いですが、食器を洗うスポンジがありません。自炊するならスポンジを持っていく方がいいです。一応アパートにも置いてあるのですが、日本で使うスポンジではなく、排水溝を洗うブラシのようなものしかありません！現地では主流のようですが、日本人だと、ブラシで食器を洗うのに抵抗があると思います。 サウナは使用しませんでしたが、部屋を見ている感じだとサウナも期待できるので、次回は使用したいなと思います！立地もよくて、近くにスーパーやトラムの駅があり本当に過ごしやすかったです。海外旅行でBobWがあるときは今後毎回利用したい！と思っています。そのくらいオススメです！

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Helsinki. The space was modern, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed, making it both stylish and comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect—set in a beautiful area with plenty of charming restaurants, cafés, and shops just a short walk away. Everything was easily accessible, and we loved how walkable the neighborhood was. Communication with the company was seamless, with quick and easy text responses, making the stay even more convenient. Whether exploring the city or simply enjoying the cozy atmosphere of the apartment, our stay was nothing short of excellent. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay in Helsinki!

Great area near attractions, restaurants and a quick walk to the Old Town Market.

The flat is spotless, and the location is perfect! This was my second stay and I intend to stay with Bob every time I go to Helsinki.

First of all building pictures is not where the rooms are. Second upon entering room immediately had a garbage type smell. Had to contact them to try and fix but they didn’t really solve and were slow to resolve due to not having actual staff there. Both sauna use and room cleaning are extra charges. Booked the sauna (which they require one days notice) and then when the time came for the booking the sauna was not actually ready…

Greatvplace to stay. Will be back.
