Booked 2 nights here but when we arrived, the receptionist said there were no rooms available, so they took us to another hotel nearby, and the room was damp and dirty. The only good thing was that the staff there were friendly. An annoying experience.

The room is okay, the soundproofing is a bit poor. I stayed from Friday to Sunday but didn't mention the room was cleaned every day. Friendly reception.

I was able to check in early at the hotel. When I checked in, the room was exactly as shown in the photo, fully equipped, close to the city center. Everything was fine. But the soundproofing was not good! I could hear the conversation in the next room very clearly.

I booked a room on the first floor, but the hotel gave me the ground floor and was the last room. The mattress is not very clean, I informed the reception, the receptionist called her to clean the room to check. If you see a stain, say it's because you can't wash it, not if you don't change the blanket. I am a little dissatisfied with the service here. Hope the hotel will learn from this experience

Khanh Uyen Hotel is located in a very close to the city center. Dalat (Da Lat Market) should go anywhere. Room facilities are very snowy, above expectation, large rooms, new, beautiful, very nice glass toitlet, room with small fridge, dressing table, wardrobe, full hair dryer. The receptionist was very enthusiastic, cute, especially his boyfriend named Long, voted for his friends ^^ I went back to introduce bakon, my fad friends to DaLat. Only suggestions Guest 1 small point is the rental car travel, the car is still running ok but a bit old and probably broken by the previous customer so the form is not very ok, with the need to deal with guests to keep the car going throughout or follow each session to keep gas for guests. In general, still trust Guest will improve the service and continue to please the guests ^^
