Can't check in, this hotel has terminated its contract with OYO but they didn't delist the property. God knows, they really can't delist or anything. The point is, don't book at all here. I've been there and couldn't check in because they no longer cooperate. Don't want to lose like me.

Gak bisa check in, ini hotelnya udah putus kontrak sama OYO tapi gak ngedelist propertinya. Wallahualam, mereka beneran gak bisa ngedelist atau bagaimana. Intinya jangan booking sama sekali di sini. Saya udah kesana dan gak bisa check in karena mereka gak kerja sama lagi. Jangan mau rugi kayak saya.

The room does not match the picture, the service is very bad, towels are not provided.

Double bad order, given twin bad, no AC remote, we were cold, couldn't adjust the AC, no towels, in the morning the AC was turned off unilaterally, really disappointed.

Pesanan double bad, dikasih twin bad, remot AC tak ada, kami kedinginan, tak bisa menyetel AC, handuk tak ada, pagi hari AC dimatikan secara sepihak, betul-betul kecewa.
