The location is very strategic for me when there are campus activities

Stay was great, easy check-in, clean, friendly staff, and lots of food stalls nearby.

Quite comfortable, the room is simple, although the TV channels can't be used, thank God it's comfortable to stay at Mitra.

Clean rooms and bathrooms, get toiletries, towels and soap, check in at night the people are not so friendly but in the morning the people are very friendly and polite. AC cold room, tv ok got drinking water in the room.

The hotel is very comfortable, so the streets around the city are not too far away.

Slow service and too noisy.

The service is very unsatisfactory. Especially expelled before the hour. And there is no ethics in telling the customer. We're talking even busy playing cellphones and the language can't be conditioned. Very bad?

1. Upon arrival & showing the voucher greeted by a statement FO that the standard room is full. I said that I ordered online at the price offered. There is no choice of room. Finally I got a room after FO contacted his superior. 2. When going to take a shower, the lights go out. And yes it keeps on dying. There is no emergency lamp let alone a spare generator set. The water in the bathroom also died. Because we were hot after a long touring trip, we took a shower at a friend's house. From these 2 incidents, I was not recommended for the choice of Mitra Klasik Homestay. Cheap does not have to be cheap.

The hotel is quite cheap, clean and the air conditioner is cold, the parking lot is also spacious. The water is fast, there is a cafe on the rooftop, cool, unfortunately the sound of the music penetrates to the ground floor.

Receptionist is incompetent, for checking in too long. The rooms are cramped, the bathrooms are stinking, the rooms are not soundproofed, the sounds of live music in the Cafe are clearly heard in the rooms.
