I came at 8 mlm, but the clerk was not there. I waited until 9 mlm, the officer never came. Already contacted the person listed on the glass door of the receptionist, but the reply took a very long time for the guard officer. It was replied to at 10. The next morning I contacted the officer on duty, but only read it. When I asked for responsibility, the officer was even angry. Oh yeah, the name of the officer is Valen / Tino. I heard from security guards around there, I'm not the first person to experience something like this. Please for the owner or supervisor to coach the officer on duty.
