The hotel staff was friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. They saw us walking in with our suitcases and bags and immediately rushed out to carry them. We arrived a little before check-in time, but we were allowed an early check-in. The breakfast menu was varied and delicious. The facilities were also complete and clean, including a sauna. Since our train was at 3:00, we were allowed a late check-out until 1:00. Hopefully, the staff's friendliness will be maintained, as that's what we value most as hotel guests.

I stayed in a Family Room (2 bedrooms), bringing my children and grandchildren. They were all delighted with the spacious room with two beds. Breakfast was also enjoyable, with a variety of delicious traditional dishes.

Overall, my stay at Kokoon Hotel Banyuwangi was very enjoyable. The staff was friendly and the service was good, the rooms were comfortable and clean, and the hotel's ambiance was pleasant and felt befitting its class. However, I felt the breakfast could be improved. The selection and taste of the food were rather standard compared to the overall luxury and quality of the hotel. Everything was fine; the hotel was nice and clean. The only problem occurred at night when I was resting. The noise from the floor above my room was clearly audible and quite disturbing, making it difficult to rest peacefully. Otherwise, the front desk, room service, rooms, and food were all excellent.
