From the beginning of the order, there was no request to make it like in the photo, but we got a room that still had decorations like that, was the room not cleaned, very disappointing

I made a last-minute booking due to traffic jams in BSD. It turns out that every corner of the hotel is really nice, clean, and the staff are friendly.

The experience of sleeping in a container is quite comfortable and satisfying, the only downside is that you have to ask for a towel first

pertama, saat check in pintu kamar ga ketutup sempurna, which means ga full ketutup, kok bisa? lalu pagi nya kena ketok pintu dr housekeeping 3x. yg pertama di jam 10 which is masih ada waktu 2 jam buat late check out di jam 12, kedua galama dr jam 10 sekitar 5/10 menit, main masuk pake card room??? untung ada door guard jd kebuka sedikit, yg ke 3, jam 11 kurang masih make sense kok untuk remimder. tolong di perbaiki managementnya, saya ke 3x nginep disini baru 1x kejadian hal spt ini.

Hollywood Suite Type with Breakfast • Spacious room, with cable TV, sofa • Clean bathroom, functional hot water • No cupboard, no spoon for stirring tea/coffee • Poor network, using wifi is also slow • Nice interior for the lobby and public areas • Breakfast is a bit less varied, the taste is just okay

It was good for family staycation. And I got early check in. Superb 🫶

Kids have fun staying overnight in the container.
