Staff nice, easy to talk to, fast reaction, and they always try to fulfill requests as long as it's logical. Comparing it to the price, don't expect VVIP services. As long as it's clean, it's okay. Will come again here because it's easy to go anywhere, just walking distance.

room not same as shown online. dirty and 🤢🤮. location also creepy, idk i don't feel safe went there. outdated lock & key system (they're still using physical keys hello?? anyone can break into the room anytime???). not safe for female travelleres. not recommended. please find other place to stay.

The AC isn't cold, it's on at the end and the sound is really loud so it's turned off, but it's good enough for sleeping... the cleanliness and comfort are honestly lacking.

Accommodation that is quite comfortable and strategic

The table in the room was full of cigarette butts. The AC wasn't cold enough. The staff was nice. It was a bit noisy from the room next door.

Comfortable and friendly staff, Padang cuisine is also delicious

This hotel is comfortable enough to sleep, there are still many things that need to be improved, starting from the cleanliness of the room, bathroom, and facilities. There is a smoking ban in the room, but strangely it smells of cigarettes, and there are cigarette burn marks on the table. The AC is not cold enough even though it has been turned on all day. The bathroom also needs to be improved in terms of cleanliness, fortunately the hot water can be turned on properly. Didn't get mineral water at all. Towels must be requested in advance too. In my opinion, the car park is not safe, even though there is indoor parking, but you are still told to park outside. The good thing about this hotel is that it is adjacent to a Padang restaurant, so if you are hungry, it is safe.

The check-in process is fast but the mattress is a bit smelly so it's not comfortable.

A comfortable place to stay

the staff served while playing games, I had deposited 100 but was told to pay 200, finally I went looking for an ATM, when I came back the friend said to deposit one hundred, the staff was not clear at all with the characteristics of the person, curly hair, dirty black skin, no apology at all as if they didn't feel guilty, the room smelled, lots of cigarette butts, the bathroom smelled of the gutter, the sheets were dirty, lots of trash in the hallway, I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE, this review is from me who checked in on June 5, hopefully the person concerned will see it.

The location is strategic, but the cleanliness is lacking, there is no soap.

Not according to the photo, the AC is not cold (only cold in the morning), the room is simple, the hallway is not clean, the smell of cigarettes everywhere, on the 2nd floor it's a bit scary because the AC suddenly makes a sound by itself (like a stone was thrown at the AC) and objects in the bathroom fall by themselves. There are no tissues, trash cans, soaps.

It's quite comfortable, but please improve the bathroom facilities. Please also upgrade the AC, it doesn't feel cold.

There are lots of thieves at the inn. I just parked my motorbike overnight and my belongings are already gone.
