I booked 2 rooms far in advance, when the check-in schedule was at 2:00 PM I arrived at 4:00 PM. Even then, I still had to wait for 1 room to be cleaned for about 30 minutes. When we arrived at our room, we were resting, suddenly an officer entered without permission with the excuse of delivering glasses (at least ring the bell/knock on the door) don't just enter with their spare key. & the AC wasn't cold + the lights kept flashing. As a result, it was only finished being repaired at 10 PM, the children were already sleepy & fussy. Room 1508, for children over 5 years old, charged for 1 adult. So 2 children aged 6 & 10 years old were charged for 2 adults. Even though they only ate cereal. While we were on vacation in another city, hotel regulations for children over 10 years old were charged for 1 adult. The officers were also unfriendly (at the restaurant & during check-out, they were unfriendly). Please fix this.
