I decided to stay again in this hotel as the first time I came here I had a wonderful stay and cleaner room but then when I came here again to stay, I literally had a shocking experience as the room that I get not too pleasant to stay.. I think the owner should look into renovate some of the rooms a lil bit as it is a bit disappointing.

1. No elevator (so you have to take the stairs to the 4th floor) 2. Location in front of a cemetery 3. The wallpaper is torn (uncomfortable because it looks like an unusable room) 4. The AC isn't cold

It was my first time and I immediately felt comfortable with the place because it was clean.

This hotel used to be nice and clean but this was not maintained, especially regarding the cleanliness of the room sheets which I found were stained which made me uncomfortable to sleep in.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was great, from the environment, hotel staff, and also the hotel room. It was my first time visiting Medan city, and I highly recommend this hotel for a short stay. Will surely choose this hotel if I have the chance to visit Medan again.

The service and staff were excellent, and the room was clean. However, there were a group of people smoking downstairs, and the smoke wafted into the room. I brought a small child, and the smoke and noise bothered me. The back room was filthy, littered with cigarette butts and dust. I couldn't sleep at night due to the screaming of the group. I hope the hotel owner takes action, as the Deli Homestay looks shabby and rundown.

comfortable, clean hotel and friendly staff willing to help it's just that in the middle of the night it's too noisy, lots of people's voices make it hard to sleep, cigarette smoke enters the room suggestion: adjust rest hours and visitor hours so as not to disturb other guests who are resting.

The room size is quite spacious, in the city center for a price under 300, it feels quite okay.
