Family friendly hotel. The three towers are nicely placed into the bay with a kid friendly beach right at the ground floor. Bac, the front desk manager together with his team were an amazing support during our stay!

The only good thing is that it's near the beach, the rest is expensive. For one night, they only check in at 3pm and have to check out at 11am the next day. The seasonal staff is slow, and the food is bad.

The hotel lobby smells musty, the room also smells, the interior of the room is not nice, the buffet food is of poor quality. The resort is only about 3 stars, not worthy of 5 stars. My family booked 2 nights here and felt the service was not worth the price.

Service quality is not up to 5-star standard - the room corridor has no carpet, the hotel's soundproofing is poor so it's very noisy if people walk outside. The bathtub is not clean, the hotel is under construction so it's very dusty - the cleaning after the construction is very poor. The buffet food at the hotel has few dishes - no daily changes, boring and refilling is very slow

The restaurant declined for extra benefit lunch I bought via Traveloka voucher. Hotel and restaurant was extremely crowded. Poor food variety among meals.

这家住宿是大型的度假村，其实在网上评价参差不齐，住之前还是有些忐忑。但是体验确非常好，无论是员工、房间、设施还是泳池，都完全达到了五星的标准。酒店17楼的天台风景一流。几个泳池都非常好。早餐很丰富，但是从菜品的口味上说略有参差。

Check-in time is 3 hours late but check-out is 11 hours early, wait 35 minutes to check out. But the staff is friendly. However, about the service, there are suggestions as follows: - I see on the front desk there are some discounted services for example cake and water combo at the next counter, but when I buy, the staff seems bewildered. Didn't know about that discount. Besides the price of 1 night is a bit high, everything is perfect, about the service, it's off the table because the staff are all gentle and enthusiastic. In the resort there are also many things to play and experience, I went on the 29th, it was raining, so I stayed in the resort. Some services such as massage, manicure, shampoo and beach bar should be tried because it's okela. Recommend me, whatever you pay for. Khách sạn khá đông đúc, xô bồ. Buổi tối ở trong phòng vẫn nghe thấy tiếng bật nhạc vinahouse rất to dưới bờ biển, không được riêng tư. Khu ăn sáng rất đông và chen chúc, đồ ăn không ngon. Không có chỗ để xe nên phải gửi xe ở bãi của huyện và đi xe điện về, khá bất tiện.

I had a great vacation here. Everything was great. The receptionist, bellman at the lobby and housekeeping were all very cooperative and supportive during my stay at the resort. The spa here is extremely wonderful. Minus point: when I bought ice cream at Lan Ha Sky Bar, the staff seemed a bit indifferent.

Send the car too far. The reception or the tram did not say clearly that the day was 23h when the tram stopped running. 22:54 called to pick up the car from the car park 2km from the Resort, the staff answered after working hours, saying that when they came out to pick up, the attitude to guests right on the car was picked up. Never come back. 4 star hotel but bad in terms of service.

Lost luggage when deposited at the hotel's front desk, the experience was really bad, the staff had a reason to be crowded and because other guests voluntarily entered the counter to pick up items, so they got the wrong items. You deny responsibility and blame others arbitrarily entering to pick up the wrong thing and due to the large number of guests? At the same time, I also did not receive any apology from the hotel's staff, the service and attitude of the hotel staff was too bad.
