The hotel was scary, smelly, dark, and unsuitable for lodging. I checked in and saw the room and the surroundings, which were terrifying.

The hotel area and rooms were incredibly creepy. Dark, shabby, smelly, and eerie.

It looks like an old hotel, but it's poorly maintained. Many of the items are old, including the beds, sheets, and even the light fixtures, which need replacing. The vibe is a bit creepy.

The hotel was clean and beautiful, and the service was excellent.

Price and quality are not comparable

Check-in at 4:00 PM, slept for an hour, and felt itchy all over. I immediately left, not wanting to stay. There were fleas biting me. This will be my last stay at this hotel. There are so many mites. It's scary and disgusting.

I was about to enter a horror hotel, even though I booked a deluxe room. When I entered the room, it immediately smelled musty and had been left over from someone else's drink. The bathtub was unusable, and there was no cover. The shower stall was loose, and there were no towels provided. Entering the room smelled musty, rather than uncomfortable.

The room is quite clean, cheap price, close to restaurants and malls.

The hotel is old, the environment is dirty, security is lacking, noisy neighbors are left alone all night.

Strategic location, plenty of food choices, and easy access everywhere. Highly recommended.

It's nice and strategically located. There's plenty of food out front and it's reasonably priced.

The hotel is old. There's no water heater for coffee or tea in the room. It's eerie at night; the lights aren't white, but rather yellowish. The bathroom is dirty. The price is affordable and it's close to Taman Anggrek Mall and Central Park 1 and 2. You can walk to the malls. The hotel's surroundings are pleasant and busy, right next to Richesee and Family Mart.
