Good Location and I felt safe.

Excellent customer service experience with staff upon arrival and departure. Staybridge will be a staple for our family. Love the breakfast choices. The only concern was the king room door had a gap in the door when closed which meant my husband and I couldn't have privacy. Also the room next was pretty loud. Didn't make a complaint but wish we weren't directly next to an occupied room. Overall very pleased with visit.

Great place to stay at. Staff are very easy to talk to and helpful. If there’s an issue with something, they would fix it as soon as they can. One thing I would like added if possible is to have a water bottle fountain filling station somewhere more accessible than the gym. Also, could you offer pork breakfast sausage for more variety. The pancake machine was amazing!

The water pressure in the sink and shower was so weak that it was difficult to wash.

Nice location, large clean rooms, pretty quiet and close to restaurants and shopping. The area appeared to be very safe but this hotel offers limited amenities for a $100 plus a night stay. The pool was not open during our stay unfortunately.

Super clean super nice staff couldn’t ask for anything else

Asked for room to be cleaned at check-in. Stayed five nights. Room was not cleaned once. Trash emptied only, not what i would expect with this chain for the price. Pool was unavailable throughout the stay. I stay at Staybridge suites a lot, won't be coming back to this one.

The hotel was ok. I was there for a dance competition for my daughter. The iron had some sticky black stuff on it and burnt my daughter's jacket. The front desk staff was apologetic, but I notified the manager and they refused to do anything about it. Not even apologize. I even submitted photos on the iron and the damaged clothing item. I will never stay there again.

Zana was an amazing check in agent. She was so nice and friendly!!

So clean and quiet place. But, It's different from what it looks like in the picture. They do not have kitchen table.

Right by the highway - easy to find.

Great smell and very spacious

One of the cleanest hotels I’ve been to. Breakfast is warm and clean as well. Free parking too but it gets packed as hell, they need to monitor the cars more to make sure they’re all people staying there. I’d definitely stay here again, staff is nice and straight to the point and fast. Hotel cleaners are great and friendly too. 9/10 stay!

It was ok the room couldn't stay cool unless it was on 60 degrease so rest time was interesting
