We like everything of the hotel.

The restaurant was advertised as being open until 2100 on a Sunday. We arrived at 2000 to be told it had shut at 1900. There aren’t many other options in Sortland on a Sunday evening and no other compromise was offered by the hotel staff, despite the fact they were still providing food to a coach party beyond 2100.

Amazing breakfast, awesome service and exceptional cleaniless, and they gave us Gammelstua ( their genuine fish farmer's house) which was fully renovated with a bathroom, kitchen and living room. it made our experience exceptional !!!!

Unresponsive and un

Rooms are not new, but I can see the hotel staff are keeping the rooms nice and clean. The lady at front desk is very nice. Parking lot right behind the hotel, quite convenient.

Hotel is great but bathroom was tiny. Designer should have been fired. Clean but tiny.

I was given a room with a double bed. As I walked in I noticed the toilets flushing mechanism had come off the wall. I tried to fix it but realized that the unit wasn’t meant for that particular wall mount. I called reception and they sent a guy in. All he did was use double sided sticky tape and tried to stick it the best he could!! I was bemused at the whole thing. I would have expected that they move me to another room!

Clean and nice stay

Trevligt och komfortabelt hotell, ganska nära de centrala delarna av sortland. Blev dock störd av städerskan som kom in två gånger utan att knacka under efterföljande morgon. Något som både stör, stressade och drar ner betygen.

Fint och rent hotell med bra läge i stan. Sköna stora sängar och rymlig och fräsch dusch. Otroligt fin och god frukostbuffé med allt man kan önska sig, omelett, kokta ägg, knaprig bacon och pannkakor!

Siisti huone, ystävällinen henkilökunta, erittäin hyvä aamiainen.

Das Hotel ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Grundsätzlich jedoch für einen Kurz-Aufenthalt bei einem Roadtrip immer noch geeignet. Nettes Personal. Feines und umfangreiches Frühstück.
