Very nice, clean, spacious rooms

Great customer service, very clean and nice rooms and the pool was great! This hotel is very close to PV Airport which is what we needed for a quick stop to stay and rest before heading out on our next flight.

Beds were comfortable I can’t say nothing bad about that. I do have to stay that the showers were dirty, their was hairs on the shower wall and mold inside the showers. Supposedly every room should be clean after each guest. That was not the case with me. Shower was really dirty. Lastly, the rooms smell like humidity all day. They need some better ventilation.

I have stayed at this property many times. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Staff are always very friendly and helpful. I will stay here again. The only one issue I had this time was a very strong mildew smell in the room each day. I’ve had this experience before at this property. Hope there is a way staff can fix this issue. Also, for the past several years I have been staying here, there is always an issue with the window blinds. Somehow, after you lower the blinds, it is almost always difficult to pull them up and open again. Not criticizing, just trying to give helpful feedback so the issues might be corrected.

I liked the buffet in the morning for breakfast they have delicious fruits and different selection of food. I did not like how I was treated at the front desk Reception on my first day I have arrived to check inn. Also I did not like that I wasted my entire 4 days waiting for my 2 Queen side bed and terrace room. I lost 3 entire days waiting.

I like the staff in the restaurant in the morning at breakfast and The restaurant at knight. The chef that cooks in the evening shift makes delicious dinners. I DID NOT LIKE when I arrived at the hotel, I DID NOT GET MY room of what I gave booked and paid off in advance, I spent 3 Days waiting to get my suite room that I have originally booked. My hole 3 days was waiting to switch rooms and try to get my original reservation. It's very frustrating, disappointed and physically tired of waiting. It's very horrible experience trying to get my room for 3 days . My first day when I arrived at the hotel the receptionist gave me a room that smells very strong cigarettes smell, I could not sleep there and told I can't sleep in there. I didn't not want to get sick and I won't accept that. It was very late that knight and finally she sent to a different room, but not the one that I have paid off and reserved Next day I went to the lobby and ask for my room, and told me that I gave to wait until 4:00 pm to get my my room. So I waited until 4:00 pm and I did not get my room, Another room she assigned me that it was not what I have paid and reserved. I just going to stop here because it got worse later. I am very disappointed on the way that Hotel does not respect and Honor what I have booked.

Property was great. Staff wasn’t too friendly.

Nice newer hotel. Good looking breakfast buffet, offered til 12:30, not included in hotel price. Have to order room service if you want something off the menu before 12:30. Very few staff that could speak English. Room cleaning wasn't top notch, the floor was never swept once and seemed to be cleaned in a hurry. Aside from that, we are planning our January 2026 stay there.

Fantastic hotel. Beds are very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great. They also provided a complimentary ride to airport. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

I really like the pool and Antonio the bartender was very pleasant and humble to talk too .Wish there are other kind of food for breakfast international .

Great location, close to the airport and walking distance to Vallarta Marina. Only draw back was that it was Holy Week so lots of families so the pool was filled all day & evening with a lot of kids that made it impossible to enjoy. But great for the families.

Property was nice but staff did not speak English. That made it a bit difficult. For a short stay, this place is great.

This hotel is conveniently located very close to the airport. Great value for the price!
