Loved that this hotel was central to everything that we wanted to do in Auckland. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

Nice rooms, comfortable bed. Quiet, but centrally located

Perfect experience as VIP booked through Expedia. We got complimentary late check out , bottle of wine and the staffs are super nice ! I love everything about this hotel and is the best hotel we have stayed so far in the entire trip to NZ

Great location, yummy breakfast with delicious espresso drinks and friendly vibe.

Impeccable. Every detail in the room was considered. Form and function, design, everything. The space of the room is so well thought out. Its clearly a small space, but it feels comfortable and organised perfectly. We had a wonderful stay and will look to stay again, absolutely.

This property is modern design with good flow and vibe. Even the room is smaller compared to others same rating hotel but they have covered all the needs and requirement.

The hotel is beautiful, but what really made it awesome was the amazing staff. Everyone was super helpful and made the whole experience unforgettable

This used to be our favourite hotel in Auckland, the service for your two day stay was completely disappointing, room was made up or towels changed even thought I requested multiple times

Over the top friendly staff

Really like this boutique hotel. Definitely recommend it. Hotel restaurant Kinji is really good. Staffs are very helpful.

Fabulous hotel in a great location.

The hotel is in a great location to be able to walk most everywhere. The staff were wonderful and the room was on the smaller side but nicely done

Property is in a great location, staff are very friendly. The rooms are small and the sliding door to the bathroom does not offer a lot of privacy sound wise.

Amazing hotel

This was one of my favorite hotels. Close walking to the ferry and great restaurants and shopping near by. I loved the room. It was perfect.
