Management would like to be more responsive when there are a lot of guests. For example, cleanliness of the location and tables is slow, and food refills in the restaurant are less than optimal. The service and friendliness of the staff are excellent.

I booked a room with two single beds so I wouldn't have to sleep together. Unfortunately, upon check-in, I was given a king-size bed. I complained that they were out of stock. In the end, I was given an additional mattress. Really disappointed! If it wasn't available, why wasn't it stated as unavailable?

The hotel staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was comfortable, clean, and fragrant. However, we didn't get a room with a view; we got a view of a wall and there was some noise from outside. Otherwise, everything was fine.
