Spotlessly clean, comfortable room! Very quiet! Friendly, welcoming registration.

Paid $375 to stay for parent's weekend/marathon in room 501. It is WAY SMALLER than the pictures imply. A king sized bed took up almost all of the room but they still squeezed in a desk and chair that forced me to basically crawl over the bed to get to the door or bathroom. The bathroom was small and could have accommodated a normal sized shower...but they opted for a tiny shower that sounded like it was on its last leg. We asked if we could check out a half hour late (because we were doing a half marathon) and they said the manager had forbidden any late checkouts. It was Sunday and did I mention almost $400?? Felt nickel and dimed and duped into staying in a shoebox. Did I mention there is no closet, just some hangers on a pipe?? LAME.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was great. The lobby area with tvs and pool table is great. I will definitely stay there again.

Really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Friendly staff and a welcoming environment in the lobby.

Good hotel

Didn’t care for the breakfast.

I had never heard of Tru by Hilton but I was impressed. The room was clean and spacious. The complimentary breakfast the next morning was really good. The lobby / seating area had a modern casual feel. I really liked the vibe of this hotel.

Very happy with the cleanliness. The room and hotel is very modern and new. The included breakfast was good and had a lot of options, plus there were other snacks available for purchase.

When we checked in and went up to our room, the room temp was 58 degrees..it took forever to warm the room up, and during our stay we could never regulate the temperature..it was either too cold, or hot..2 of the 3 days we had to call down because our tv wouldn’t work. Not impressed at all

We had a great time. Staff was friendly

There was a roach in my room, it was super gross but I killed it. The worst part was there is no elevator so if you're like me and traveling with heavy luggage you have to carry it yourself to the 3rd floor and then later carry it down. I wouldn't stay here again simply because of that.
