At the start of the stay, the receptionist said that he could use 2 plan cards so that the air conditioner would still be on because the city of Palu is very hot, so after finishing business outside, I want to go back to the room, the room is cold. The hotel staff even withdrew the card on the grounds of electricity, so the room was really hot again. From the start, I should have said I couldn't. Hopefully the service can be improved again.

New Building. Unpleasant for exterior but awesome interior.

The hotel is still under construction, but the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the service is good and safe.

I initially didn't expect much when decided to stay here since this hotel is Still very new. However my stay turned out to be my very best experience. This no star hotel will make you like staying on 5 stars hotel. I love large room, comfy beds, and the atmosphere. Will surely back here when I visit Palu. I love the owners who also sometimes act as front office directly told me their tragic story when the catastrophe hit Palu back in few years ago and their hotel which was a minimarket at that time got robbed and left nothing for them. They started from the scratch again. May God bless them.

The hotel is new, when I arrived there were still things that were visible in the construction process. The rooms are well designed, comfortable and spacious. The staff is also friendly and happy to help. Thank you.

The service is very friendly, the rooms are okay, unfortunately just stop by for a moment .. Suggestion: before guests enter the room, prepare the room first like the air conditioner is turned on so that the guest enters immediately cool hehe and provide a mirror huh ... normal ciwi likes to reflect ... success always makes Akas Hotel ... passionate.
