Great service and welcome from front desk staff. Prompt check in and out, great breakfast, perfect location for dinner, shopping and a movie out without having to drive far. Very clean room, had everything needed. Dirty cigarette butts and old flower planters of weeds made front entry look and smell poorly.

Loved my stay here even though the hotel was hosting a junior hockey team that was very loud, noisy and disrespectful of the property itself. But that was not the fault of the hotel. It was the parents who could care less. Hotel room itself was ever nice and comfortable with large screen tv and modern. Nice gym and surprisingly amazing breakfast.

We got an upgrade and the suite was amazing for family of 5. 3 teenagers and 2 adults fit comfortably. They even called to check in to see how we liked the room. Customer service was top notch

Overall it was fine. However, there were a lot of kids so it was very noisy and there were stains and tears on the blanket/bed sheet.

Lack of parking in a very busy “team” weekend. And very load. Not recommended for business travel

Room was spacious, comfortable and modern. Loved the firmness of the bed and the large bathroom area. Pool and hot tub were a fantastic amenity.

Just ok, not sure how it got such a high rating. The tub/shower is in need of some maintenance and also it definitely has bad water pressure. For the price and the rating, I expected better.

Pretty good place to stay but could not believe how little parking! Poor planning and underground parking is extremely tight! Not near enough parking super inconvenient

Great spot if you don’t need or want to be downtown. Excellent restaurant options close by. Close to highway
