Very nice rooms, and GREAT breakfast!!!

Upgraded to a suite. The room was comfortable and immaculate. Great gym too! Location was superb!

The property has the perfect location for any tourist. Everything is walkable. The staff is very helpful. Everyone speaks English. The bedding was so incredibly comfy. I would recommend this to anyone traveling to Yerevan

This is kind of hotel I call - single time visit. No no more Holiday INNs - Express or non Express.

We had a lovely stay (once again as we keep coming back) at the Holiday Inn Republic Square in a suite. It was very comfortable and quiet. The salon and bedroom combination gave us a bit more space. All was spotlessly clean. The hotel is centrally located and it is easy to go anywhere in Yerevan. A couple of mornings we had their breakfast and it was quite good, if pricey ($25 per person). In past stays, we had not particularly enjoyed the food the Holiday Inn served at breakfast but it has now considerably improved. This was a really lovely long weekend stay at a hotel which is is reliably good -- again and again.

Overall, it was a good stay, but I was disappointed that the fitness room was not better.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The spa facilities were exceptional – the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and salt room were the perfect way to unwind and relax. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and incredibly peaceful. The breakfast options were fantastic, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious choices to start the day right. The staff were equally impressive – friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. The front desk team made check-in and check-out a breeze. I can’t recommend this hotel enough for anyone looking for a relaxing time in Armenia!

Excellent location and quite comfortable hotel with plenty of amenities… Breakfast price is exorbitant though.

The best Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the morning breakfast. Gohar, Anahit and Suren are the best. Location was perfect, service was great and rooms were clean. The only thing I wish the rooms had were fans in the bathrooms because the bathroom would get steamy when showering. Other than that everything was great. Thank you for an amazing experience!

Perfect location

A great hotel that is modern, clean, and has an incredible location. The staff is friendly and attentive. It would be almost perfect if it were not for the discomfort of the gym when you stay on the 6th floor. The dumbles thrown on the floor of the seventh floor would wake the whole of the 6th floor. I am not sure how the owners/designers would forget that the primary purpose of a hotel room is the comfort of sleep.

We had to stay overnight because of flights delays and hotel charged a lot of money. I was not happy and argued about it .They didn’t give a toss.It was very disappointing and poor customer service
