Anda Pearl is a wonderful hotel with amazing facilities, including a great pool and beautiful beach. However, our stay was quite challenging. We had to change rooms twice due to insect issues. Our first room had many ants and spiders, and since there was no housekeeping available at the time to address it, we requested a transfer—especially because we were traveling with a child. We understand that the presence of insects may be due to the season. However, as part of the hospitality industry, we believe there should always be at least one housekeeping staff on duty to promptly address concerns like this. Unfortunately, the second room also had insects, including ants and even a cockroach. In addition, the air conditioning in that room was not working properly, so we decided to move back to our original room, which had been treated with insect spray and thoroughly cleaned. Overall, the multiple room changes made our stay quite tiring and less enjoyable than expected.

The facilities are great. The ambiance. We had water activities too. We love the crystal kayak. Sand in the beach is so fine. The resort is family frendly. The room is neat but it would be great if they can provide slippers and tea too aside from water and coffee.
