Friendly and efficient Staff

Really nice hotel but would’ve loved it if it had more food options

Great stay

Had a wonderful stay at The Joseph! Nothing but a positive experience. Perfect location. Had the boutique hotel feeling with the big hotel amenities.

Our stay at the Joseph exceeded our expectations. When you are inside the hotel you do not feel like you are in Nashville but two blocks away are all the sights, sounds and smells of the Broadway experience. The Joseph staff was kind and helpful, the accomodations beautiful, the pool a perfect blend of peaceful and lively, the food and service at Denim exceptional. We can't wait to go back!

Our stay was fine. It was expensive for a drink. The bathrooom lights are very dark. Every time I left all the lights would turn on so my daughter would wake up.

Great place to stay ! I stayed there for 3 days ! The restaurant serves excellent breakfast and coffee , pool is located right next to the rooftop bar, it’s really nice however crowded on weekends . The gym is very modern and basically has everything you need when you’re travelling ! The rooms are modern spacious clean and the beds are very comfortable too

talk about an amazing stay! The room service was one of the best experiences that I have ever had!

Great hotel. We enjoyed tremendously!

We arrived about one and a half hours before the 4 pm checkin. Our room was not ready so they said they would contact us when it was. They kept making excuses and finally at 4 pm we asked why we hadn't been notified. They said there was a staff change and basically they forgot us even thought we were sitting right across from the front desk for more than an hour. They just didn't care what to us was a serious miscommunication. This is NOT a 5 star hotel!
