onsen is clean which is nice, room was huge and has a TV which is great, and the tea bar is amazing. it is free and they have a huge selection where you can make your own tea. they have a lot of free parking, and they are right next to daily yamazaki and a pretty garden you must see.

Slightly older place but great overall just a bit dirty cause of the humidity

Very nice hotel. Location and facilities were tip top. Staff was nice but we had a lot of confusion because we did not speak Japanese. Things like the shuttle bus and baggage delivery service options and the breakfast were hard for novice Americans to navigate. For a Japanese speaker, I think it would be very very nice.

This place is awful. It is the dirtiest place I’ve been in all of Japan. Staff was even worse. No one would help us check in. You have to use a tablet that times out after you enter the info. It was truly horrible. Took 30 min to check in. Why are we replacing humans with tablets? It doesn’t work and is so impersonal. The room was gross and Old. Needs updating. Bathroom is small and dark. Boards on the patio are molded and deteriorated. Plain terrible. Way way way overpriced.

Easy check in and check out. Very helpful staff to hold our luggage at the counter before check in and after checkout.

Everything was great but I wish they had a double bed in the deluxe room for that price.

I loved having a private mineral hot water bathtub on my outside deck- there was a screen to ensure privacy but still a view of the trees and forest. It was very soothing-and very enjoyable. We travelled to Hakone from Tokyo on the Romance train (not really romantic so not sure where the name comes from but is a nice train) and took advantage of the luggage delivery system once in Hakone station to allow us to just start or sight seeing day. Hakone is a beautiful area- wish I had stayed for more than one night. The restaurants here shut down EARLY- like 8 pm so plan accordingly and if possible, make a reservation.

Experience was very good Its quite near to gora station and is convenient, even in non peak time. Onsen was awsome.

食後のフリーティータイムスペースでくつろげて大変良かったです。

スタッフを会う機会があまりないです。 到着してタブレット端末でチェックインするし、QRコードを読み込んで施設案内など自ら確認するし、食事のチケットもらう時位説明聞きました。口コミをみて夕食に期待してましたが、私の場合は広告の写真みたいな料理ではなかったんで、ちょんと残念でした。

子供が小さいので、露天風呂付きのお部屋に宿泊しました。部屋もお風呂も綺麗で、露天風呂はロールカーテンなどで外部からの視線をカットできました。 食事がとても美味しかったです。様々なお魚の料理をいただくことができて、とても満足です。飲み物はアルコールとソフトドリンクが飲み放題でした。アルコールはビールやワインなど複数ありました。 スタッフが外国の方が多く、少し説明が聞き取りにくい部分もありましたが、親切丁寧に対応いただけて、接客には問題ないと思います。

Hôtel traditionnel au calme non loin de la gare de Gora. Certaines chambres ont des onsens privés. Petit-déjeuner japonais. Personnel très sympathique.

朝食のとろろがとても美味しかったです！

まず、施設が綺麗でした。あと、朝夜のご飯がめっちゃおいしかったです。夜ご飯は、お店の方がご飯の量を確認してくれたので、残さずに美味しく食べることができました。ありがとうございました。

洋室に宿泊しました。 室内は広くて快適に過ごせました。 Wi-Fiもありましたが電波が弱く途切れがちでした。 ロビーのコーヒーや大浴場のビネガードリンクなど無料で提供しているのも良かったです。

温泉もジャグジーもサウナもあり、鍵も二つで良かったです。 加湿器も水が初めから入っていて、おもてなしバッチリ。 チェックインで少し待たされましたが、中からサッと出てきてくれる人がいたりして、悪い気持ちはなかったです。 登録会員はしなくても良いかなぁって思いました。

温泉がとても良く気持ちよかったです！

強羅駅から一息では難しいかもしれませんが、その程度の登り。足腰悪い方はこの辺りは坂があるので一寸大変。滞在は快適、大浴場に露天風呂が無いのが不満といえば、そうかもしれません。 朝食付きで連泊しましたが、内容も変わり満足でした。ウェルカム(？)ミネラルウォーターが、２Lのでかいボトルで有難かったですね。

誕生日記念旅行でした。チェックインよりずっと早く到着しましたが、誕生日ケーキを預かってくれ、駐車場も使わせてもらいました。 レストランのロボットは案内の仕方がよくわからなかったけど可愛かったですね。 料理もひとつひとつが美味しかったです。
