Overall a good stay. Location was perfect, and to have parking was a real plus. The check in process is easy enough-if you get given the correct code to access your room key. However, this was rectified quickly. Cleanliness was okay, floors had not been done very well-lots of crumbs and debris in kitchen, balcony had not been brushed or cleaned in awhile as evident by the amount of bird droppings on the furniture. Beds were comfortable and linens were nice. If you plan on spending most of your time out and about then this is a great place to stay.

Location was perfect and room had a sea view Accommodation was spotless and modern Parking on site. Overall 10/10 and I will definitely be returning

Parking was easy and very secure. Unfortunately we didnt have an ocean view however we were very happy with the apartment, was very clean and tidy and had everything that we needed. Enjoyed our stay and would fo back

Clean apartment, good location & value for money

Although situated next to unbuilt apartments, this was a clean, spacious and well equipped apartment. Good value for money and easy to access with good parking.

Check in instructions were great and What 3 Words took me right to the door. Apartment was warm, spacious and clean, with a great shower and everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s super handy for the beach. There are some unfinished apartments nextdoor which are unsightly. However, they cause no issue and they are soon to be finished which will make the whole complex a lovely area. It’s peaceful and you can hear the sea with a window open. And apparently the hail - great British weather! I was visiting a relative at a nearby care home and it was perfect for what I needed. Would highly recommend

The apartment itself was great but the sofa in the front room was stained and not very comfortable. We booked in for 3 nights and we were issued with one toilet roll that was more happy shopper than premium. The walkway from our apartment to the stairs was barely lit in the evening which wasn’t great. We were looking for a slightly later check out so we tried calling multiple times and emailed first services but got no answer and have yet to get a reply. Also the TV had all the expected apps installed but none of them connected to the internet and you are told to not change any settings. As I said all the issues were small and didn’t really bother us but should be looked at. Would definitely go again.

Second stay at these apartments. Everything you need, lovely and clean. Will stay here whenever we visit family. Would love to see and electric car charger in the future.

The accommodation is great. Very clean and spacious with good facilities. It is very close to the beach and local shops. There is a really good story behind the accommodation as well so don’t let the other building behind the accommodation put you off as the apartments are very good.

Lovely clean apartment, great value for money. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and was also right near the beach. It was quiet and the beds were comfortable. Would recommend!

A good base for exploring the Devon coast from.

We have stayed in another property at this location previously, the apartments have an amazing location, minutes from the centre of Westward Ho! The apartment was clean, comfortable and even had a welcome pack. Amenities were great, including an iron and board, hair dryer and hoover. Great on sight parking and a lively community feel onsite! Communication was timely, clear and professional. We have no doubt, we will be rebooking!

Good location, competitive price point, however not very clean, floors are very dirty, dirty furniture in bedroom, black mould in bathroom seals. Both patio doors unlocked on arrival. Mattress poor quality, very soft no support, sofa seen better days. Sadly view from entrance is an unfinished abandoned building site covered in graffiti. The building looks like it needs a clean or paint.
