While the studio apartment was clean, nicely styled, and well-maintained inside, our overall experience was very disappointing. The most glaring issue is the size, the listing photos are completely misleading and make the space look much larger than it actually is. The room is exceptionally cramped and definitely not suitable for a family of four. To make matters worse, basic amenities were lacking; despite having a coffee machine in the unit, no coffee grounds or pods were provided. Given the extremely steep price tag per night, paying this much for such a tiny, inadequately supplied space feels entirely unreasonable. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you are traveling with a group or family.

Small place but perfect for 2 people. Great location bottom of the mountain and 15 min walk to the village. Place was clean and had all the basic items. Not alot of instructions on what to do with towels and dishes like other stays. Would definitely stay again.

It was a great condo. Perfect for our family of 6 (4 kids). Very clean and cozy. We were able to save on take out by making meals in fully functional kitchen. Kids loved the pool. Minutes away from beach, caves and Blue Mountain. Great hosts. Communication was great. We would definitely go back.

North Creek Condos had great communication and the condo was clean upon entry. We've been at Blue Mountain before so we knew what to expect. Frankly, I'm a bit disappointed that the bed in condo 304 was so creaky that even sitting on it made a loud creaking sound. We had to sleep very still, and I can see that the bed frame needs some reinforcement. The bathroom is also really clean, but the toilet handle was a bit finicky. Everything about the stay was nice, but the two most important parts of our stay: bed and bath, really could have been better. Having a nice condo with good facilities is great, but the basics like fixing or getting a new bed, and adjusting the toilet handle are actually more important to our stay.

I did not like the sofabed not comfortable at all. We traveled with seven years old kid and we had to sleep in one bed all of us. That's my complaint! Obviously used too long without checking functionality. The floor pad at the entrance left with salty debris from previously skiing season. In general unit was clean, kitchen and bathroom.

We really enjoyed that the check in process was easy and smooth. The layout of the room was great, we really enjoyed having a kitchenette. We didnt like how we could hear the neighbors above us walking around during most of the night. We didnt go to the restaurant or pool so we can't comment on them.

Excellent communication from start to finish. The unit is a little dated but a great layout! Comfortable beds and everything was very clean!

There were some minor maintenance issues, but otherwise good.

Fridge wasn't working when we arrived and it was alot of back and forth to figure out what was happening. They didn't realize the issue until the next day they just brought a mini fridge over which was not helpful. The AC at the upper level was not working and when the worker came over to look at the fridge I asked him about the AC and he said he already knew it wasn't working. So, they gave us a room knowing the AC was broken. Was not happy with the communication, they said someone would call and they never did. I asked for a call back again as I wanted a refund or something and they said they would call and still nothing. Right now trying to figure out how else I can get ahold of someone.

Nice studio enjoy staying. Only the thing missing for me they didn’t provide coffee which ruin my morning. Or else it’s awesome place have pool and spa. Recommend

Plusieurs avantages et un seul inconvénient. L’emplacement, la propreté, la communication avec l’hôte, l proximité de village, tout est excellent! Le seul inconvénient est que le climatiseur de deuxième étage ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons demandé de le réparer, mais on nous envoyer un ventilateur qui ne fait pas le travail. il faisait très chaux ce qui nous empêchait de dormir pendant deux nuit. Autre que ça, notre séjour était formidable.

It was a nice, clean, quiet place. My kids loved the twin bunk and queen layout and their own bathroom on the 2nd floor, we had our own on the first. Loved that we had a kitchenette, fridge, and balcony. Pool was great, and the mini coal bbq, plus a small beach near by. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again in the future.

The hosts were amazing and the place was nice and clean. The listing was not accurate at all though. It listed separate bedroom and showed a second floor which it did not have. It also said two washrooms, which it did not, only one washroom.
