Check in was a bit confusing, but we eventually figured it out. Instructions for things like the AC were lacking (inadequate help the from Korean). After that, however, the place was a dream. Beautiful, clean, great location. Super comfortable for couple and 2 older children. Quiet. Awesome sunrise view. Walkable. Had salt bread at famous bread store right outside every morning. Cute monorail a few blocks away along great jogging path. Just recommend improving instructions, especially for check in. Otherwise, we highly recommend.

The place was plenty big for six of us and super clean. But honestly, the traffic from Busan Station to get there was a nightmare.

This unit was amazing! The photos don’t do it justice. For the price we were amazed! The location is excellent as well. Figuring out where to check in was a challenge though.

The ease of check in and check in process is very terrible. Location of concierge and the lack of of availability of early check in as well as luggage deposit will make your Day 1 a very tiring experience.

Property per se is excellent for a weekend home stay sort of travel or staycation. Large well appointed, bright sunlight, good amenities in the unit. The downside was the check in process - not great TBH. Second, all the room controls were in Korean. No English whatsoever. Hopefully they fix this issue else the appliances usage might be limited or avoid wrong buttons that may cause the damage. Last, no gym access. For such a property those things are a must!

The view and location were great. The staff was very kind and helpful. Everything was perfect. I just wished there were more trash cans and plates. At least the number of plates should be the same as the number of guests.

This was a fantastic property to stay at, and our kids loved the tall views as well as the spacious rooms / living spaces. The check-in process wasn’t very clear. We discovered that after walking into the main lobby, we needed to take the elevator down to B-4 in order to check in with the LCT property management people. Same with checkout. Overall highly recommend this place and we would love to stay again!

It's a really good residence to stay with my friends. It's fantastic! I will book again if I travel to Busan.
