Overall, we had a good experience. However, the sofa bed was not very clean and had multiple stains. The storage in the sofa bed was filled with dust and some rubbish when we were trying to look for sheets. Also, the humidifier was very dusty, too. Had to clean in before using it. We couldn't find sheets to cover the sofa bed as one person would sleep there. Talked to the host and they were able to drop it to us in a few hours. I recommend they change out the sofa bed to one that can be easily cleaned or do some deep cleaning on it. It is not very sanitary to sleep directly on it without sheets.

This quiet and efficient apartment in a residential area of Ikebukuro was clean, well appointed and convenient to many local restaurants and shops . The train station is a short walk away and there is a 7 11 family mart, York mart and my basket nearby for groceries. The apartment instructions were easy to understand and presented in multiple languages. There was plenty of towels and bed sheets and 3 futon style blankets. Plates Bowls and cooking utensils were available as we're pots and pans and knives in the kitchen. A bidet equipped bathroom. Deep tub and shower and washer dryer completed the amenities. Free wifi was cable based. We were very happy with our stay and would recommend it .

Owner let me book an extra day after i extended my trip! Was very easy and quick to communicate with, I'd recommend this location to anyone looking to stay in Ikebukuro!

Amazing stay! The apartment was very nice and have everything we needed! it was also not a far walk from any stations for getting around and the location was in a very peaceful area The owners were also incredibly nice and allowed me to extend the stay last minute using the hotels app

Clean and quiet

The pros are the property is very clean, modern and the management was responsive and let us drop our suitcases off before check-in. The cons were we had to log out heavy suitcases up 3 flights of stairs (no elevator), it was a bit of a walk to the train station & services. The worst was there was no spare toilet paper so we had to purchase more. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay!

The cost performance is not good as expected , especially there is no counter for check in which might not convenient for family type tourists.

처음 열쇠를 받을때 조금 어려움이 있었으나 직원분이 차분하게 설명을 잘해주시고 호텔도 너무 깨끗하고 좋은데 후라이팬 교체는 해야 될것 같아요 코팅이 다 벗겨져 있으서 요리할때 다늘러 붙어요 ㅠㅠ

En términos generales bueno pero por el mismo precio encontré mejores opciones en Tokio donde me quedé días anteriores, la ubicación para mí un poco retirado

施設はよかったんですが、チェックイン時のメールボックスの鍵のパスワードのメールがチェックイン予定時間後に届くのだけ訳がわかりませんでした。電話対応ですぐに教えていただけたのでよかったのですが、せめて宿泊当日の朝くらいには教えてもらいたかったです。

No guidance or spare garbage’s bags to remove rubbish.

Hostel reply the message very slow and some questions didn't reply to make us very confused during our stay, especially we stay 4 days, we just want to know what is policy to deal with trash, no any response for this. So we have keep our trash in the room 4 days,
