Wonderful stay

Great stay - really nice hotel with excellent location. We are upgraded to a room with kitchenette which would be great for longer stays.

The location is unbeatable and I would stay here again.

Great service and room!

I was a great room. Big. Clean. You can cook, wash clothes, great location. The only regular thing, is the size of the shoer room.

We had a great stay here. The front desk staff and the concierges were very helpful. The view of the Tower of London is fantastic. The exterior of the hotel is not picturesque, but the interior is very nice and the location of the tube made getting anywhere very easy.

Tower Hill is situated in a great location. Near some attractions, and public transportation if you want to explore other areas of London.

It was very nice. The only thing is next time I would make sure I book a room on the seventh floor so that I can enjoy the iew.

Nice big rooms for London with facilities to eat in room. Fabulous shower and bathrooms with everything you would need! No need to go hunting for shampoo or soap and also the coffee machines(nespresso) was positively perfect. Like ved it and will stay again when in London. I had the twin room and we had plenty of space.

Stayed with my wife and 14 year old daughter, and have to say … stay was brilliant. Location was awesome, very near the tower bridge. Close to the tube…therefore easy accessing the city. Overall I would recommend. And honestly, I am very particular on my accommodations!

The view was amazing of tower bridge and the shard, it was truly stunning. However a hot day in London and the aircon was rubbish. Also the bed was rock solid and the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in.

The hotel is clean and quiet. The pictures lead you to believe there is a wall separating the bed from the sitting area, but there is a huge opening in between the two spaces so no privacy. The hotel is located directly across from the Tower of London. The only issue we had was regarding the bathroom electrical outlets. We were not informed that we could not use our blow dryer or flat iron in the bathroom. We plugged the converter into the adapter and it fried our blow dryer and the converter. A very costly mistake. When we called downstairs to inquire the told us not to plug in the devices. Also, there was a 110 outlet but it did not work. They should inform guest about the bathroom outlet upon check in,.

Lovely place to stay

The location cannot be beat. It is literally by the Tower Hill station. Having said that, it is not noisy. We only heard the train (very faint) because we opened the window. Housekeeping is done everyday. We are left a clean room, with bottles of water, nespresso pods, etc. However, they do not provide us with laundry soap daily. It's a good thing I brought extra pods (family for 4 here). Also, at $400 a day, only 1 person in the concierge would greet us. It was always the same person. I wish I got his name. A simple "Good Morning" from other staff would have been nice, not a dealbreaker though. When we needed Maintenance to check on our safe ( I accidentally input the wrong code), they came right away to fix it. Overall, I would stay here again.

This hotel was a last minute s as addition to our trip. I wish I had stayed there the whole time. A wonderful room - bright, clean - in a great location. The staff, especially Leila, was excellent. Great service, great price, great location. I can’t wait to go back.
