This is a stop over hotel, not somewhere you want to spend your Mérida visit in. It’s suitable for a couple day’s transition, or perhaps the night before a flight. I have nothing negative to stay regarding the service, it was fair to decent in most occasions. The continental breakfast was basic, as expected as well. Good value for a short 1 or 2 night stay.

An Amazing Stay at Tecnohotel Itzaes! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and friendly staff who made check-in a breeze. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with modern, clean rooms that are spacious and comfortable. The bed was a dream to sleep in, and the amenities—especially the air conditioning—made my stay incredibly relaxing. The location is fantastic—conveniently close to the heart of Mérida, yet tucked away enough to ensure a peaceful and quiet environment. I also appreciated the complimentary WiFi, which was fast and reliable throughout my stay. The pool area was a highlight! It’s perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the city. And the breakfast? Delicious! A variety of options, fresh fruit, and great coffee to start the day right. Overall, Tecnohotel Itzaes is a fantastic choice for travelers looking for comfort, value, and excellent service. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Mérida!

Affordable and near to hospital and shopping

Everyone was very friendly to include staff and other guests. The rooms were pretty spacious for the price. The property was well maintained. The only feedback I would say as a con is the bed wasnt very comfortable. Other than that it was great.

Pros: - Good price. - Relatively good location. - It has a pool. Cons: - The room wasn't that clean. - The shower wasn't working properly. - The breakfast was very limited.

The good: easy self parking and a pool. Close to Clinica de Mérida, and walking distance to Oxxo, Subway, and a pharmacy. The bad: no elevator access to rooms with king size beds.

Very disappointed with the room cleanliness , mattress are very hard, torn sheets, room was in bad shape. I do not recommend this hotel at all.
