I'm not impressed with the service staff here! The reception attitude is not warm, they don't even bother to carry suitcases or open the hotel door for guests, the parking lot in front is charged, there is no parking lot!

Friendly staff, hotel right on the river near Dragon Bridge. Room is not soundproofed well. Everything else is ok.

The location is in front of the old town & activity center, night market & around many restaurants, cafes, spas. It's just that the bathroom doesn't use a shower box, so it's wet after bathing & slippery & there's no special place to put soap & shampoo.

Love the location of this hotel. The view towards the river and the dragon bridge is amazing. The room and amenities are very cozy.

Strategic location, the room view is really good, for breakfast, add more to the halal menu, drinking bottles are too small, you could add a dispenser in the hallway near the lift.

If I have the opportunity to come to Danang next time, I still want to stay at this hotel. Good price . The atmosphere and staff are very nice

Professional hotel, located right on the banks of the Han River. The breakfast buffet is quite diverse. However, the room is a bit small.

Great experience at Haian Riverfront. Not only is the location extremely convenient & beautiful, but also the service and incentives included. Guests staying more than 2 nights will receive a free 30-minute foot massage, and will also receive a 15% discount when using the services of the cafe on the ground floor. Hotel staff are very attentive and cute. The breakfast buffet is extremely diverse, ranging from Asian to European dishes and even the dessert line, changing dishes daily (because I was here for 5 days so I saw very little repetition of dishes). The hotel was also very nice when they gave me a small piece of cake on the morning of my birthday. Will definitely come back & recommend to friends!
