I booked quick vacation hoping that this property would deliver what it claimed. Unfortunately, the communication & assistance this property offered was untimely and unhelpful.
The day we arrived we noticed there was no hot water. I reached out to them through the Expedia messaging portal & aside from it taking way too long for them to respond, we were met with the solution of “running the water for a few minutes” as if that wasn’t the first thing we tried. Nonetheless, I thought to myself “maybe I didn’t run it long enough” that day, we ran the water for upwards of 15 minutes in hopes we would get hot water. I even went as far to turn the knob in every position possible just in case,&still nothing. We tried the shower and both sinks that were in the property.
When I reached out with concern for this again, there was again — lack of timely response. Then, I wrote a follow up message detailing that I wanted to resolve this privately with some type of compensation, as lack of hot water is in-humane, & avoid leaving a bad review. The representative of this property replied back to me that they find it “amusing” I am “threatening” a bad review if I don’t get compensated for having an uncomfortable stay. Then I was told the plumber checked the property&there was hot water, as if I would waste my time (literally DAYS) trying to communicate with this property that, again, lacks a timely response.
Overall, I didn’t appreciate the attitude&lack of assistance.
Don’t stay here.
