Clean and new with decent business hotel like facilities - just the essentials done okay. But this is over shadowed by lack of good housekeeping (never put bedding back), poor sound proofing you hear most things from the hallway, and some of the worst breakfasts I have ever had.

Great Stay. The noise issue mentioned by various reviews were not big issue during my stay. The buffet breakfast in top floor was nice. Service was good. Nice lobby too.

Pillow a bit soft and the running water for the big bathtub was a bit slow, but bathtub size is quite huge. The noise control can be improved, mainly through hallway and very noticeable while main door open but not big deal during my stay. The buffet breakfast was quite decent and with great view in top floor overlooking the lake. In overall, the service was great during Chinese New Year. The hotel seems only opened for 2-3 years

離伊達邵碼頭和商圈非常接近，又有很方便的車位，房間乾淨、服務人員專業和善。

停車位小了點！浴室小了點要幫小朋友洗澡比較擠，也可能是訂的房間本身就是比較小的關係！

房間沒有衣櫃，可置物空間少，其他都不錯

Very nice hotel with easy access to everything, clean and spacious rooms, friendly and helpful staff, walk distance to all activities including shopping, dining, laundry, sightseeing, etc. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and highly recommend it.

服務人員客氣，渡假的好選擇

隔音極差，走廊只要有人講話就超級吵，當晚入住0711房，電梯旁的房間是住有帶小朋友的家庭，肆無忌憚在房間尖叫、走廊尖叫大聲講話，房間內都聽的一清二楚。飯店隔音效果真的不敢恭維。

隔音略差，樓上聲音很大

嬰兒床沒有床墊。安排在電梯房門口外，六點多就被遊覽車的一群旅客講話及吼叫聲吵醒。隔音非常的差！

地點好，清潔

鄰近伊達邵碼頭的街道，非常便利，地下停車場位置不多，通道較小。如果日月潭纜車無停車位，可以先到飯店停車再走路過去，走路約15分鐘能到纜車站。

整體來說還不錯，住房空間還算可以，但隔音很不好，走廊只要有人講話，房間都會很大聲 早餐用餐在映涵飯店頂樓，需要走出太和飯店後，再往下走大約50-100公尺的映涵飯店，稍嫌不方便一點，座位區也有限，太晚去會沒位置，下次應該會考慮住映涵飯店

房間隔音超級差，而且停車只能停到隔天中午這點不太方便。

洗髮精洗完頭髮像稻草一樣，沐浴乳洗完皮膚也超澀，沒有潤髮乳及洗面乳，浴缸放出來的水都不太熱，根本沒有辦法泡很久，床也很硬，房內的保險櫃也完全沒有辦法上鎖，晚餐自助吧一個人$680，結果餐點也不多。另外生日房間佈置就只放了三組三顆綁一起的氣球。 如果以這樣的房價適合更好的！
