I recently had the pleasure of staying at Cuale Condos from May 16 to May 21, 2024, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience. I would rate my stay a perfect 10 out of 10. The highlights of my visit included the refreshing pool, which was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The condo's location was fantastic, offering easy walkability to a variety of restaurants, making dining out both convenient and enjoyable. The staff at Cuale Condos were exceptionally friendly and helpful, adding a warm touch to the overall experience. The room and accommodations were beautiful, providing a comfortable and stylish retreat. Every detail seemed thoughtfully arranged to enhance our comfort, and the great accommodations truly made our stay memorable. I encountered no issues during my stay, which speaks volumes about the quality and management of the property. This is a beautiful condo. I enjoyed everything about my stay here. The area is very walkable and lots of good restaurants nearby. The rooftop pool is incredible.

Loved this property. Modern, clean, easy walk to the Romantic Zone and close to the Cuale River where you can walk over a suspension bridge an explore other other parts of PV. The staff are the best! Also, the rooftop pool, lounge and kitchen area are next level. Would absolutely return and recommend to everyone!

Had a week stay in |December and Jacob and his staff, Lucy, Laura and Salvador are top notch. Professional, courteous and friendly. They will attend to any needs in a friendly manner. Suites and facilities including roof top pool and area are second to none. Left suitcase at taxi stand at airport, Jacob made 2 trips to airport to finally retrieve it! Highly recommend!!

The resident cat Frieda was an added bonus to an otherwise perfect accomodation. Rooms were beautiful. The pictured don't do them justice, and the rooftop pool is fantasic. We have already booked again for next year.

From the time we arrived until we left we were treated like family not guests definitely a lot more personal and friendly than staying in a large hotel. From the rooftop pool and hot tub to the well equipped rooms everything was top notch, this is definitely great value for money. The rooftop pool has a wonderful view of the surrounding hills and forest, and the old town of Puerto Vallarta and was a great place to cool off on a hot day. With many restaurants and stores close by, also a market selling local crafted goods and souveniers a short walk away alongside the Cuale river, which leads to the Malecon which follows the ocean with many more restaurants, goods and souveniers. Everybody was extremely helpful and accommadating if we needed anything all we had to do was ask. Definitely a trip to remember thanks Jacob, Alberto, Lucy, Sal and Lara.

Cuale Condos is a modern condo on the edge of the Zona Romantica. We were steps away from the Mercado Municipal (Farmer’s Market) Emiliano Zapata, a traditional market with fresh produce, meat & fish, street-food stands, la tortilleria, and more. We were an easy walk to so many restaurants and taco stands. (Can I talk about the food?) The malecon was only about a 10 minute walk away. Inside, the suites were a good size and were tastefully decorated. The bed was super comfortable. My only complaint would have been the lack of clothing storage in our suite, but every suite is different and some suites did have quite a bit of storage. If this is important to you, look carefully at the pictures, or ask the host for a recommendation. By the way, the host, Jacob was amazing! An expat from California, he has lots of recommendations of what to do, where to eat, etc. While we are talking about the staff, Lucy, Laura, and Salvador were so friendly and made us feel very welcome. The rooftop deck was so amazing! The pool was a perfect temperature (not too cold) and there was a hot tub that you could choose whether you wanted it to be just warm or actually hot. A good feature when the days are 30 degrees. There is also a relaxation zone with hammocks and shade. Coffee is provided in the morning, along with some sweet buns and fruit.

Rooftop jacuzzi and pool, comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff, and well appointed units, the staff at Cuale really think of everything. We had a fantastic time and I would jump at the chance to stay here again.

The condo,the staff and the location are very good.The roof deck was amazing. The pool though small is salt water and heated. The fruit and pastry in the morning is a bonus but we prefer to go out for breakfast. The super bowl party was the highlight of our monthly stay. The cons are very few and minor. We were there for a month and there was no beer opener or cork screw.We asked for a cork screw and were provided with one that was a little strange and I ended up buying one that I could use. If I was rating Cuale condos out of ten I would rate them 9.5 only because I am a perfectionist who loves to drink wine and cook.

Jacob, Lucy, and Laura were amazing! Quick reply to any/all messages. Clean towels were always brought when asked. The pool and jacuzzi were a bonus. Plenty of sunscreen, oil and after sun products available in the pool bathroom. There was fresh coffee, baked goods and fruit every morning. Can't say enough about this property. Will definitely stay again!

We had an amazing stay at Cuale! The owner was awesome. Attention to detail was evident with little drinks in the fridge and cookies awaiting us at check-in! Our place was spotless. The rooftop was beautiful, and the staff was fantastic. Nothing negative to say here :)

In all my travels, I have never enjoyed the level of care and attention that I received from Jacob and Lucy. From the first greeting to the last good bye they were exceptional hosts running a delightful property. To be in Puerto Vallarta, close to the beach and its attractions, but to feel like you are actually in Mexico and not a tourist Mecca was wonderful. The condos are clean, comfortable, very well equipped at very reasonable prices. Stay here and you will not be disappointed, in fact you will be happy to have found a special place run by special people.

Chalet Condos was fabulous. The condo was spacious and well appointed. Much larger than expected with a kitchen and two sitting areas as well as a bedroom. The rooftop area was amazing with a kitchen area, lots of sitting areas, pool and hot tub. Lucy was helpful and friendly. Easy walk to the beach and other Romantic Zone sites. We will be back.
