Walking distance to KLCC. Help desk very helpful. Conveniently to 24-hour mart. The room is clean.

Very pleasant, close to Suria KLCC. The room was spacious, clean, and cleaned daily, with plenty of mineral water provided. And especially, the excellent and friendly service from Ms. Lisa and the hotel team was very helpful during our trip to KL.

Staff not quite friendly, trouble with face detection for the lift and found several bugs in the room. However the location quite strategic near klcc

The hotel is very comfortable, clean and the location is strategic. There are many restaurants and mini markets around. The hotel is old, there is rot on the floor. But still clean and comfortable. I only tried breakpass, there were not enough food choices. Overall rating is 9.7 out of 10.

My executive suite was very good. This room had a deep bath tub as well as a amazing shower stall. Sometimes a good hot soak is the only thing.

I stayed here just because of the location and because I often go back and forth to the same building (formerly the hotel was called Fraser Place). Quite comfortable for a hotel that is starting to get old. Because the hotel is old, it needs small repairs (for example: the curtains are a little torn, the shower is a bit leaky). Swimming pool changing room, none of the showers can be locked and only 1 of the 4 cubicles works. Wifi is a maximum of 4 devices per room, so those who like to carry and use lots of gadgets, please pay attention. The AC is quite cold, but it seems central, it can't be adjusted independently, even though there is a panel (I tried pressing the buttons, there was no reaction). The TV is not bad, I have used smart TV and Netflix, but the sound system provided with the interface is for old iPods and iPhones (2008-2012?) and is not connected to the TV, so it can't be used at all and in the end I just unplugged it and moved it, so you can access the socket behind it to plug in the cellphone charger.

Good hotel for you Will stay in Malaysia. Because near in anywhere, twin tower etc. Besides being close to various places. Staff hotel name is Aru also very good, friendly and nice. I think you will be more comfortable staying in this hotel.

The front desk people where very hospitable. ⭐ Aru was very accommodating! He answered all my queries. WhatsApp replies were very quick whenever I had concerns. They even let me store my luggage after check out because my flight was in the midnight. Room was big, water heater was working, bathtub was nice. Had free WiFi and the TV inside the room had Netflix and Youtube. Air conditioning was working well. Amenities and toiletries were complete and towels were changed everyday because I requested to have my room made up everyday. Pool had a nice view of the Kuala Lumpur tower. Building was secure because they have a face scan for the lobby doors to open and for the elevator to work. There 's also a 2nd lock on the hotel room door. A croissant/coffeeshop was accessible via the back gate, and Mcdonald's was right beside. There 's also a 7/11 across the street. Only a 5 minute walk to Suria and around 7 minutes to KLCC. Overall a hassle-free and comfortable stay.

Nice view. Clean. But parking lot very difficult

Close to various tourist attractions such as Petronas Towers, easy to get around. Because it is in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, the rooms are clean, complete with facilities. lovely receptionist friendly service
