I booked a superior room. The security guard who inspected my car kindly said, "I'm sure this is because he knows I'm not carrying a bomb." Parking is allowed after check-out hours, up to 12:00 AM. But in the end, after checking out, I took my car straight to the PON Hospital next door because I couldn't walk, and I wanted to get treatment/check-up. The room was exactly as advertised. The male receptionist was friendly. The room was very clean. The Wi-Fi connected immediately without me even having to input a password and was very fast. The bed was very clean, the lights were very bright. The AC was very cold for me, who can't stand the cold. The bathroom amenities were very complete. All the water taps in the bathroom and the flush toilet worked well. There was a mini fridge that worked, a mini safe deposit box, and an electric water heater. We were given standard bottled mineral water, two cups of white sugar, two cups of brown sugar, two cups of tea, and two cups of creamer, but no coffee sachets. There was a hanging area for clothes/pants, a medium-sized sofa against the wall, and one extra pillow. COMPLAINTS: 1. The TV won't turn on with a message on the screen saying "weak signal". I've called the operator but it seems the technician only came after I checked out. I'm sure the technicians at this hotel are very shy/cowardly even though I'm not gay. 2. I contacted room service early in the morning with a question about whether I could pay for breakfast directly at the restaurant but they took a long time to reply (please understand asking this, because I rarely stay in hotels). When I added to cart the menu at the restaurant, they immediately replied. That WA was just to provoke your response which was exactly what I expected, so the appropriate reply was "no way, sir, I'm already hungry, I've already left the hotel" even though I was still in the room. 3. There was a part of the curtain that was very sensitive so when I moved it, it immediately came off. Hopefully the hotel doesn't think this was my fault because it wasn't.
