The pillow covers are not white, there are some dirty spots even though it smells good. The bathroom also smells a bit, for some reason it seems like no matter how hard it is to clean it, it still doesn't work. If it's for a day transit, it's probably still okay, not for a staycation. It seems like the bathroom needs to be renovated again. Even though the reception area and the outside of the room look aesthetically clean, it's a shame that the inside of the room is not like that. No matter the restroom or anything, the number 1 important thing is cleanliness. The staff is friendly 💯

It was quite a relaxing stay. The staff was also very helpful, and as discussed at the beginning, they were accommodating to any changes or requests.

I was quite disappointed when I returned to Arimbi, the room smelled, the bathroom was dirty and smelly, the room was full of mosquitoes, the AC wasn't cold.

From June 1st to June 10th, 2026, my husband and I stayed at Arimbi Stay Hotel in Surabaya. It's highly recommended for long-term stays. It's comfortable and safe. There's also an elevator to our room on the 5th floor. Best of luck, Arimbi Stay Surabaya. 💗

Once is enough. It's probably suitable for people in transit, or if other hotels are full, as a last resort. The bathroom is muddy, doesn't drain, and smells of urine. The room is okay, but the pillowcases are wrinkled and stained, as if they've never been changed. Please also train the night receptionists. Security is good, and the morning receptionists are also friendly.

It was an amazing stay at this hotel.
