We checked in at 3 PM, but the room was unclean and extremely dirty. The staff were indifferent and deliberately evasive. The accommodation doesn't offer parking, and the staff didn't inform guests, forcing them to park elsewhere.

2 times here, both times got the wrong room type, asked the staff and they said to resolve it with traveloka. Never coming back.

The room was very dirty. The bowls and dishes from the previous guests were not even washed. The floor was full of dust, and the bed sheets and towels were discolored. The staff took almost 30 minutes just to check us in. It doesn’t even deserve one star.

Nice room, clean, airy

The room and bed sheets smelled so bad I couldn't sleep. I had to put my coat on the pillow to sleep. That price is too bad.

Super bad, water heater can't be used while waiting for an hour, staff only explained that because of using up a lot of energy, it's inevitable that there's no hot water ???? Room soundproofing is super poor, service quality is not worth the price

The room handover time was terrible. The guest made the appointment but in reality they were still waiting for the staff to clean. The home was closed so everything was inconvenient. After renting the car, they didn't leave it at the home but had to find a place to stay overnight and that cost was calculated separately.

I have stayed at the Cozrum system for the nth time and this is one of the rare times I have to review the accommodation not too well. Pros: Spacious and comfortable room, almost fully equipped (except hair dryer), close to the center, convenient to travel. Cons: The lock is broken, quite difficult to open. The room has cockroach and ant corpses. In addition, regarding customer care, I hope you pay a little attention to the conversation with customers, letting customers ask the same question over and over again is not very good.

Room smells, poor hygiene, bad experience

The location in District 1 is near many famous places, and there are many affordable restaurants around the homes. The location is very satisfactory. However, the towels are not washed thoroughly so they have a slight smell. The homes are in an alley so there is no view at all. The houses here are built very close together, all 4 sides are houses and house walls.

The staff is quick and enthusiastic, however, there are cockroaches in the bedroom, I hope the homes will clean more carefully. The first day I came to use the towels, they were not fragrant, they had a bad smell, probably not washed thoroughly. However, the good thing about the homes is that they are cheap, located in District 1, so there are many restaurants and close to the places I need to go. The homes do not use disposable items to protect the environment, so everyone should remember to bring personal hygiene items such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc.

The road is not accessible by car, but it is okay. The blanket still has visible stains, brushing it off only helps a little. There is no comb or basic brush... the road to the alley is very far and inconvenient, even though it is right in District 1.

No parking, accommodation in a small alley hard to find

I got off the plane and checked in at 4:45. I walked around to find the hotel. I don't know how many times I called the hotline. I rented with 2 small children, tired and exhausted. My child sat on the ground because of waiting.. after nearly 1 hour the hotel called back and said this was an automatic service. But their automatic service is really funny instead of writing it right at the door for easy understanding. My child asked why did I rent on Traveloka. The first and last time I gave up and rented another hotel. I hope everyone thinks carefully before renting to have a more complete trip. Honestly, when I wrote this comment, I was very, very upset and when my child said that he saw a hotel with a strange, deep alley, I was suspicious.

Everything is fine. Fast and enthusiastic support. When I saw a problem with the air conditioner, I texted home and they sent someone to fix it right away. Except for not getting daily towels that I had to text and ask for + no trash collection.

Enthusiastic staff, quick check-in, 10 point service

No hot water in the bathroom at night. Burnt iron that doesn't change unless requested. No towels provided for stays of less than 4 nights. Broken sliding door to balcony. No place to park motorbikes. Not a pleasant experience at all.
