The hotel staff was very friendly from the moment we arrived. The security guard also helped us upon our first arrival. Parking is a bit limited, but that's not a problem given the strategic location, close to the city center, trendy cafes, and Seminyak Beach. As for the food, it was my first time using the one-person-one-menu system, so I was a little disappointed, but it was okay since I got free fruit and drinks.

Staff gercep, tempat bersih tapi bidet kemarin sempat rusak. But it's okay because the next day after it was cleaned, the bidet was normal again. The location is close to many places, so it's very worth to stay here.
