The staff was okay — friendly and easy to talk to, but the room was very uncomfortable. The mattress was hard, the pillows were dirty, and one of the glasses was chipped. I've stayed here before through app, but this time, for some reason, it was booked through app. The room wasn't part of the hotel but from an owner renting out their unit, and the room was terrible.
