Second, about your room, we very apologize about AC that is not closed, we do regularly maintenance for AC and our staff forget to close this, but we make sure that our AC is function well.
Third, apologize if you are not feel comfort with our slipper, but we always replace. But thank you for your review our slipper, so we can review the quality.
