The best for a suite room, spacious and comfortable, but the bathroom door is a bit noisy when opening and closing and difficult to close.

During our stay in Solo, we chose to stay in the Kampung Batik Laweyan area, specifically at the Zigna Kampung Batik Hotel. We had a memorable experience here, starting with the hotel receptionist who provided a children's play area. This ensured the kids weren't fussy during check-in and check-out. Snacks and welcome drinks were also available. The taro tea was delicious. There's a souvenir area, a small cafe, and a spa, too. During check-in, we were assisted by Ms. Wanda. She was very friendly and helpful, and very attentive to the needs of those of us with children. For one or two reasons, we received complimentary reflexology as a complement while we waited for our room, which we had previously encountered. Honestly, this was a very memorable experience and made my stay even more enjoyable. This little attention to my children's needs reassured me that we had the right choice for a family staycation. The breakfast menu is varied, mostly Indonesian dishes. The herbal drinks are delicious; I always order the turmeric and tamarind iced tea. The breakfast area also has a children's play area. Next time I'm in Solo, I'll definitely stay here again!

For those who enjoy ethnic, heritage-themed tourism, yet still comfortable, Zigna seems perfect. The hotel is relatively new, yet surrounded by old buildings, typical of those found in the Laweyan Batik Village area. The rooms are modern, with touches of batik art, clean, fragrant, and not musty, and very comfortable. And because the building is higher than its surroundings, if you get a higher floor, the view is quite good, and you can even see the mountains on clear days. The facilities are complete, including a gym, swimming pool, cafe, and restaurant. There's also a batik corner. The food at the restaurant is quite varied and tasty. The staff is friendly, quick-witted, and highly proactive.

Honestly, Zigna Kampung Batik is one of those hotels that makes your stay a pleasant experience from start to finish. As soon as you enter the lobby, you're immediately greeted by friendly staff and a soothing scent that can be felt even in the elevator and hallway. For those bringing children, there's a playground near the lobby that makes the check-in process more relaxed because they can play comfortably. The rooms also feel spacious, clean, and comfortable for resting. The highlight is definitely the mattress and pillows, which I think deserve a 5-star rating because they really make for a good night's sleep. While the view from my room on the 3rd floor was quite ordinary, all the comforts provided made that small flaw forgotten.

I've been to Solo many times, but this was my first time staying at Zigna. It was very impressive. I'll definitely be back. The staff is friendly, and there's a playground in the lobby and a restaurant. The room and bathroom were very clean. Some areas that could be improved are the soundproofing and the Wi-Fi, but otherwise, everything was satisfactory. Thank you, Zigna Hotel Laweyan.

All the hotel staff are very friendly, the lobby and restaurant area has a mini playground. Every corner of the room is aesthetic and instagrammable, the smell is fragrant but still not too fragrant, very comfortable to the nose. Thank you to all the hotel staff 🫶. And the breakfast menu is very varied and the refill is fast 🫶. By the way, yesterday I stayed in a zigna room type for 2 adults and a 15-month-old toddler, it was very comfortable and spacious.

My first staycation in Solo, and I fell in love with this hotel. The service was friendly. I stayed in a very comfortable Zigna room yesterday, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. And there's one more thing I hope the Signa Kampung Batik management reads. There was a receptionist, whose name I don't know, who was very friendly and welcoming. I don't know her name. She was very friendly and invited my daughter Nabila to play. I hope she gets an award for being the best employee.

The best hotel I've ever visited after almost 11 years of going back and forth to Solo. Sad, why did I only find it now, sob. The staff are very friendly, the security guard is the best.. always helps direct our car parking. The room is comfortable, there is a big sofa for the kids to sleep😂, there is a soft carpet, comfortable for my baby who likes to crawl, heheee.. Complete facilities, the bathroom amenities provided are not just any old thing.. super elegant. And most importantly, it's very clean❤️
