Honestly, it's worth it. The service is great, and the staff is very responsive. Any issues with the room were immediately addressed without delay. The cleanliness is excellent, and the facilities are also on point. The breakfast is surprisingly comprehensive, with plenty of choices, and the taste is excellent. A small note to the lady who looks after the guesthouse: hopefully, next time, she'll be more attentive and take the initiative to greet and assist guests. Other than that, I have literally no complaints. I'll definitely consider staying here again. 🫶

Everything was pleasant and satisfying, from the facilities, cleanliness, friendly staff, varied breakfast, to the location, which is located near Laweyan Batik Village, where many viral and favorite places are located. I chose Zigna deliberately because I really wanted to explore Laweyan. There's only one thing I need to pay attention to: the WiFi in my room was slow. It's a shame that Zigna could correct that because everything was good, only that one thing was lacking, and I think WiFi is very important for a hotel.

A favorite place to stay when visiting Solo because of its atmosphere and strategic location.

I've been a regular at Zigna every time I visit Solo. The rooms are clean, fragrant, and comfortable. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast menu is varied and delicious. Thank you, Zigna.

If I go to Solo, this would be my first choice. It's really comfortable, but it's a shame there's no complimentary cake, hehe.

A very pleasant stay. The room was like new, clean, well-lit, and smelled wonderful. The hot water was also warm, and the towels were fresh and clean. The TV also had Google TV, making it very entertaining. The food and service from the staff were excellent and responsive.

Highly recommended... You can stroll around Laweyan Village in the morning. Lots of batik shops, cafes, and photo spots. The hotel is nice, clean, with spacious rooms, carpeted rooms, and an additional sofa bed. 🫶

A very nice 4-star hotel in Solo. The ambiance is traditional yet modern at the same time. Having complete facilities (the pool and rooftop are the best for enjoying sunset). Near to local tourist attractions (Kampung Batik Laweyan), so it's easy to stroll around. Absolutely recommended!

My first time staying here, and the staff was super friendly. The spacious and aesthetically pleasing lobby is perfect for photos. The facilities are complete, with a swimming pool and a rooftop overlooking Solo and the mountains. The food is varied and delicious. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. My only suggestion is that the rooms should be equipped with air fresheners to make them smell as good as the hotel hallways.

Clean, safe, and away from street noise.

Parking here gets crowded, and it's especially difficult if you're staying at the hotel for an event in the ballroom, as there's no alternative parking. I suggest prioritizing overnight guests. Otherwise, I had a great stay. Thank you, Zigna 🙏

Hello Zigna Kampung Batik Hotel. As soon as you enter the hotel, your first impression is that it smells great. All the staff are friendly, the room smells good, and the mattress and pillows are soft. There's a balcony where you can see Solo at night. The pool is great for swimming, the waiting area is also comfortable, and the food in the hotel area is affordable, delicious, and the service is great, 5-star class. It was my fifth stay with Zigna Kampung Batik. Still getting the same experience like before. The trouble I had was only clogged drainage and the cost flooded the entire bathroom. The rest still remain the same. The effort to accommodate my requests was absolutely outstanding. Surely, will put this hotel as a priority choice when visiting Solo. Thank you so much
