The room was clean, with complete and functional amenities. The pantry, AC, TV, and water heater were all in good condition. The location is excellent; you can get to the mall just by going down the elevator. The owner is also responsive. If I come to Balikpapan again, I'll definitely stay here again.

strategic location, located in the city center. the owner is very friendly. the size of the room is just right for us with 3 children. a kitchen with cooking utensils is provided, there are additional pillows and thin mattresses and sofa beds. basically satisfied

Very pleasant, recommended for family vacation, thick blankets and equipped with extra beds and pillows, kitchen utensils are also complete, only there is no drinking dispenser, only 2 bottles of mineral water are not enough and you have to buy them yourself.. will stay here again, hopefully the price can go down again next time.. the staff is also fast
