This is the best accommodation on Pulau Merah. The service is super fast and friendly. I checked in at 2 p.m., and at 7 p.m., my room was having trouble. I was then given a new room with all the amenities intact, as if I'd just arrived! Even though I'd already used the facilities in the previous room. Respect! When I arrived at the place, I was confused about which guesthouse to go to and was immediately directed to the hotel staff who were already there (the staff were very quick and friendly). Security was maintained, check in and check out was easy, the room was clean and the floor smelled good, hihi. To Pulau Merah beach, it was a short walk, just a leisurely walk and you were in front of the beach. Next time I go to Pulau Merah, I must come back here again.

For those who want to go to the red island beach in the morning or while waiting for the sunset, you can stay here. The size of the room I used was quite spacious, complete facilities, the TV was on, there was a hot water kettle, coffee and tea, all the toiletries were there. Cleanliness was sufficient, only the bathroom was a bit smelly, I don't know where it came from, but it wasn't too disturbing. Maybe the restaurant was lacking. With a fairly expensive price, the food didn't taste special, it seemed ordinary. Breakfast is not a buffet, there is a choice of packages for breakfast. And also for children there is an additional fee, even though my child is only 3 years old. But other than that, everything was okay, good service. The parking man was friendly, helped carry things when checking in or checking out, the parking man was great. Thank you.
