The incident occurred at 9:25 PM. The door was suddenly opened by an officer claiming to check on my room, while I was sleeping. In my opinion, this was a lack of ethical service, and neither the officer nor the receptionist apologized when I called to complain. This is the first time I've had a stay like this.

Dear Guests, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. We deeply regret that our staff mistakenly opened your room door while you were resting. We also deeply regret that we were unable to provide the kind and courteous service you expected when you contacted the front desk. We take this matter very seriously, as it meant that we did not meet the high standards of service that our hotel always maintains. To resolve this issue, our staff contacted you immediately after the incident to offer their apologies again and provided you with a complimentary breakfast as compensation for the inconvenience. Furthermore, we have conducted an internal investigation with the relevant departments to improve the procedure for opening room doors and to prevent similar incidents from happening again. We apologize once again. Thank you very much for your valuable feedback. We promise to provide you with a more comfortable stay on your next visit to Harrisbury Manor Hotel. Sincerely, Front Desk Manager, Febi Pildaus
