The staff is friendly. The room is clean. We also get city view from our room. The food is delicious especially Kebuli Rice. The Kebuli Rice is one of the best Kebuli Rice we have ever eaten. If you stay in this hotel, don't forget to order the Kebuli Rice from the restaurant.

The hotel staff was friendly. I was from Kebumen, Central Java, and was attending a beret ceremony for children at the Second Fleet Command. Stayed at the Royal Quds Hotel. Check-in was at 12 noon. My group arrived at 9:00 a.m. and asked the staff to check in early because we were tired and exhausted after a long journey. We brought our own car. Parking was also available. We were very satisfied with the service. We will definitely stay again when we return to Surabaya.

I booked a 5-night stay because the listing mentioned there was a bathtub, which was one of the main reasons I chose this place. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I found out there was no bathtub at all. This was quite disappointing and felt misleading. Please update the listing to reflect the actual facilities so future guests won’t be misled. The wifi also not good

The hotel staff is very friendly & fast response. When I just entered the room & tried to turn on the bathroom light, it turned out to be dead, I immediately reported it to the officer who happened to be near the room at that time. The hotel staff quickly took a replacement lamp & replaced the dead bathroom light. The location of the hotel is also close to the Ampel mosque, this is what makes me very happy because it makes it easy to visit the Ampel mosque. Recommended to stay at this hotel. This is very bad hotel air conditioner not good working not good washroom and very bad experience for my life this hotel.

First time ke surabaya dan nginep di sini. Lumayan deket dari Makam Sunan Ampel, niatnya mau jalan kaki aja karena di keterangan hanya 400m an. Tapi bingung jadinya muter muter, alhasil ngegrab aja. Pelayanan oke, semuanya oke, very nice, ngga nyesel bermalam di sini 🥰. Kamar deluxe nya sesuai ekspektasi banget, wifi, AC, TV, air panas, semua nya ready dan oke. Next boleh di repeat order pokoknya.

AC nya tidak dingin, sprei nya kusam semua, trus makanan sarapannya tidak enak semua, kurang pelayanannya.

Hotei ini bintang 3, tertulis di aplikasi luas kamar Deluxe seluas 32m, ternyata begitu masuk ruang sempit dan pencahayaan aneh. Luas ruang ± 3,5 m x 5, itu masih terpotong kamar mandi. Begitu pintu dibuka langsung tampak kasur. Layout ruangan kurang baik. Kunci magnetik sudah dimodifikasi. Sarapan tempe gembus dan sayur terong. Tarif Rp. 398 ribu,
