very good service, clean room, tv not working

I always stay here when I come to medan. Great to stay here.

When I wanted to take a morning shower, the water was empty, I opened the tap but no water came out. I contacted the staff a few moments later and the water was available again.

Recommended dengan harga lumayan murah, tapi pelayanan dan lokasi-nya bagus.

Location okay. Standard cleanliness la.

Bantal dikasih cuma 1, diminta ke resepsionis katanya memang cuma 1 padahal tamunya 2 orang. Kasurnya kusam dan jorok, lantai kamar mandinya licin sekali, kebersihannya sangat kurang. Untung gak langsung ngambil 2 malam, di hari pertama langsung check out cari hotel lain.

Comfort okay. It's good if you stay more than 3 days and offer cleaning and changing towels. and the towels can be washed clean because the towels I've stayed here the few times I've stayed here always smell musty.

No plugs at all, yellow faucet water.

Sorry, not up to expectations. The air conditioner is not cold, the pillows are dirty, & it hurts more that I ordered a slightly larger size but what was given was the same as the small one. There was an incident that happened for 1 hour in the room, the air conditioner turned off even though outside the lights didn't turn off, sorry it wasn't comfortable at all.

The first experience, but the service was not good, the bathroom was slippery, the blanket wasn't clean, asked to be replaced, only given the blanket cover. The room still has the smell of cigarettes. 😢.

Ok bagus, overall bagus. Baguslah.

Cocok buat yang tujuannya emang buat istirahat doang, fasilitasnya oke, deket juga sama minimarket, warung makan, sama laundry sih yang penting. Saya dapet kasurnya yang kurang bagus (pas tidur badan kita kayak tenggelem gitu kalo di kasur), tapi masih nyaman untuk tidur. Saran saya sih mending siapin peralatan mandi sendiri kalo mau ke sini, kayak sabun, shampoo, handuk, karena yang disediain di sini versi kit nya terus handuknya ga nyerep air. Siapin juga sendal kamar karena di sini ga disediain dan ga ada keset di depan toilet. Plusnya dari Hanlis House Medan, kamarnya punya banyak tempat penyimpanan, jadi buat yang bawa banyak barang, aman banget disimpan karena space penyimpanan banyak.

Bagus, ramah semuanya, semuanya bagus lah.

The cleanliness that is now the same as before is very different, in the past I really liked staying at this Hanlis because the rooms were clean, smelled good. Now that it's been a few times lately, I love staying here, I always get smelly pillowcases, like the smell of armpits, the sheets also smell. Please improve the cleanliness as before.

Overall okay 🙏 just a little uncomfortable in the bathroom it's a bit slippery and the springbed mattress makes it uncomfortable.

Very good hotel, for the next time I will stay here again.
