The location is great, and the staff is very polite and helpful. However, the room is smaller than advertised and it's not clean. Only good if you only use it to sleep while backpacking or stay for medical reason (visiting surrounding hospital).

First time here after returning from Bandung. The staff was very friendly, check-in was fast, got a room with a back garden, which was a shame actually. Because I wanted to open the room directly to the view. But oh well, maybe later. Didn't try the Wi-Fi, because I got a room in the corner. It seems like an old building, but it's quite well maintained. The room is suitable, a large non-smoking bed, there are 4 hangers that are quite good. Amenities are sufficient soap, shampoo, toothbrush, and cotton buds. Tissues, mineral water are sufficient, there is a functional kettle, the mini fridge is not very cold but can maintain the temperature so that food doesn't spoil quickly until tomorrow at least. Only because the lights went out, the fridge melted the frost residue. The AC also worked well in room 111 yesterday. The blankets were actually changed, not just tidied up. Because there was no dust on the blankets that usually make it itchy. Near the mosque, near Kodam 3 Siliwangi, also for Eid prayers yesterday it was open to the public. The atmosphere is calm, there is no noise from vehicles because it is also located behind the main building. There is tea and coffee on the front terrace, you can't bring it to your room, just enjoy it on the benches available on the terrace. Oh, it's close to Riau Junction and BIP. If you want to look for food, you can go around there or near the library service behind which there are lots of food courts. Bandung is always friendly to pedestrians, so don't worry, if you walk, there will definitely be a place. The only minus is the shower, the water flowing out seems to be clogged, so only a few holes are still flowing. The water heater is functional, although you have to wait a while for the water switch. The hotel is nice, the staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, comfortable for resting.

For the price I paid this was excellent value. Only weird thing was the room door handles need to go up and the wifi didn't reach me.

PROS: Great location, easy to get anywhere, friendly staff, and didn't expect your car to be washed. Thank you for washing it. MINUS: Unfortunately, the room didn't smell good. At least it shouldn't smell bad. The smell of a room that hasn't been used for a long time is very obvious. It could be freshened up. The bathroom was dirty, and the drain wasn't cleaned properly. The bare minimum for a hotel is cleanliness. The sheets smelled bad when I checked in, as if they hadn't been used for a long time. The soap and shampoo weren't renewed during cleaning, and the tissues weren't checked either. It's true that you get what you pay for, but at least it should be cleaned properly and shouldn't smell bad, especially the bathroom. Check the drains for trash or hair, as the location where I checked in was dirty.

This hotel is great to stay in. It's close to everything: BIP Mall, Riau Junction, outlets, and culinary delights. It really makes you feel at home. I wish the hotel had a swimming pool, it would be more fun if you brought the kids. I'll definitely be back when I'm in Bandung.

I enjoyed staying at Summit Siliwangi. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. I would like to give some input on the completeness of the rooms and the facilities in the rooms when customers check in.

My work team had a bad experience while staying at the hotel, such as the AC was always off, the water that came out was very dirty like coffee with milk, the bed smelled, so we had to check out early and move to another hotel because the hotel was unable to improve its service even though we were given the option to move rooms.

The first mistake ---> the lobby staff did not see the check-in and check-out dates, I checked in on the 21st and checked out on the 23rd... On the 22nd I was asked what time to check out?... Even though there was still 1 more day, so it ruined my mood... They should have checked how many days the guest was staying first. This second mistake was the most fatal, on November 22nd, around 11:00 PM the AC suddenly went off and the room became hot and stuffy... I called the receptionist and sent a technician, checked the AC and it still wouldn't turn on, checked all the MCBs and there were no trips but the AC wouldn't turn on, 10 minutes later I was given the AC remote and tested it and it could turn on... After it turned on, it turned out that at 1:30 AM it turned off again, the staff offered to move rooms, why didn't they think about it, my wife and children were already fast asleep and at 1:30 AM they told me to move rooms? My eyes are sleepy, tired, and my body is sore. I also want to rest until dawn, but the AC turns itself off every 45 minutes and has to be turned on every 45 minutes... I give 1 star as compensation for my inconvenience of paying for the hotel but being disturbed by the quality of the room facilities you offer. Pay attention to the utilities. I rented a hotel so I could rest, but instead I stayed up until morning because the AC wasn't working properly... #room 220

The room was extremely dirty and rundown, the bathroom was full of cigarette butts, the TV was broken, and it was awful and very dirty. Highly not recommended. Never stay here. Just close the hotel if it's not maintained. It's disappointing. I will never stay here again.
